Q: Do You Pay Fair Prices for Properties?
A: Our offers are based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors in the local housing market. We usually base the offer on similar sales in your neighborhood, seller motivation, market conditions, etc. Sellers often do not realize how much undervalued their home is. For example, if your house is worth $200K, but you owe $130K on the property (mortgage balance, repairs, liens), you are effectively “selling” it for $70K. Market value is typically defined by the relationship between how much it costs you to live in a home and what someone would be willing to pay for it. Our process is an open book. But, generally speaking, we look at the condition of your property and see which repairs are needed to make your home sellable in the local market. From there, we can offer you a fair price.
We won’t use any tricky sales tactics on you, and absolutely NO HIGH PRESSURE. Unlike some companies who will try to convince you they’re giving you a great deal, we believe in treating our clients with respect by telling them exactly what the market says their home is worth.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: There are no commissions to pay when you work with us. You’re selling your home. Why do you have to pay for additional fees, commissions, and closing costs? We don’t like that part when we are selling ourselves.
So in our business, we change the policy for our homeowner clients. You won’t incur any hefty fees, commissions, or closing costs when you sell your house efficiently. Instead, you will receive the full amount as promised, without deductions.
Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
